What TraderOps Is NOT
TraderOps is a bookkeeping tool — not a tax preparation tool, financial advisor, investment advisor, tax advisor, or accounting firm. Specifically:
- We do not calculate your taxes or tell you how much you owe.
- We do not file tax returns or any government forms on your behalf.
- We do not provide financial, tax, investment, or legal advice of any kind.
- We do not guarantee any specific tax outcome, tax savings, or deduction eligibility.
- We do not determine your tax classification or filing status.
- We do not make representations about how the IRS or any government agency will treat your income, expenses, or business structure.
The Service organizes your financial data for bookkeeping purposes. Any decisions about taxes, deductions, or financial matters should be made in consultation with a qualified tax professional, CPA, or attorney.
The pre-built categories and Schedule C line item mappings provided in the Service are for organizational convenience only and do not constitute tax advice or a determination that any particular expense is deductible in your specific situation.
